We planned to stay here for a week. I gave them a 49 day notice, I have to have total knee replacement, offered them a letter even from my surgeon and out of the $188.00 deposit these jerks only refunded us $94.00 because they require 60 day notice. Obviously this place is very very desperate. We were going to re-book next year for a week NOT now. They are crooks. We have stayed in St Ignace for past 15 yrs even the hotels only require a 72 hr notice. And I had a valid reason for cancelling. Be Warned, hope no emergency comes up cu you will LOSE your $$$$
